1. Brand Introduction for Cooperation
QEagle (QEagle Precision Lighting Co., Ltd., Japan) is a premium automotive lighting brand with over 40 years of experience in high‑precision headlight R&D and manufacturing in Japan. We are now recruiting qualified auto parts importers, wholesalers and distributors worldwide to jointly develop the global smart headlight market.
To protect partners’ interests and standardize the global market, we adopt a two‑tier agency system: Exclusive National Distributor and National Level‑1 Distributor.
2. Countries with Authorized Exclusive Distributors (Closed for Recruitment)
Exclusive national distributors have been appointed for the following countries, and no new agents will be recruited:

※. Poland (EXCLUSIVE AGENCY)
Serbia and Pland markets are fully operated by existing exclusive distributors. No duplicate agency applications will be accepted.
3. Agency Levels & Annual Order Requirements
(1) Exclusive National Distributor (Only 1 per country)
• Rights: Exclusive sales, sub‑agency recruitment and market control for the whole country; best pricing and full regional protection.
• Annual order requirement: Minimum 75,000 sets of all QEagle lighting products per year.
• Product scope: All QEagle products, including AI adaptive smart headlights and standard LED headlights.
(2) National Level‑1 Distributor (Only 3 per country)
• Rights: Limited to 3 agents per country
• Annual order requirement: Minimum 30,000 sets of all QEagle lighting products per year.
• Benefits: Regional protection, price protection, priority stock supply and new product priority access.
